A World Changing Year Comes to a Close, and the New Year Holds Immense Promise
2020 is drawing to a quick close and on behalf of everyone at BVT, I would like to thank the entire BVT community for your enthusiasm and support for the company this year.

The global pandemic affected us all in ways no one could have predicted. Despite the challenges, we made many accomplishments in 2020. It was the first full year of commercialization for the company and we secured revenue from over 20 customers. That marked the transition of the company from a ‘concept’ to a full commercial entity, with BVT systems now being used or evaluated by growers from Florida and Georgia, up to the Carolinas and Michigan, and west to Oregon and Washington. We also completed the regulatory approval process for California late in the year.

What’s coming for BVT in 2021?

We have already secured 2021 revenue commitments that exceed the entire previous growing season and we look forward to accelerating the growth of our customer base even more. We’ll also be expanding into California now that we’ve completed the approval review process for the state. California represents the largest single state market for BVT. With our growing sales team, it promises to be a fast-paced year.

During this holiday season, we’d like to wish you all the joys of the season and best wishes for the New Year! Also, stay tuned, we can’t wait to share more buzz as we get closer to the next growing season.

Be safe and well,

Ashish Malik, CEO
